Giuliani launches second NH TV ad, “Leadership

Rudy Giuliani is launching his second television ad in New Hampshire touting his experience in as many weeks.

The ad, titled “Leadership,” again showcases the former New York City Mayor’s experience at the city and federal levels and argues that even though he is not perfect, he is the best qualified for the job.

“I’ve been tested in a way in which the American people can look to me. They’re not going to find perfection, but they’re going to find somebody who has dealt with crisis almost on a regular basis and has had results,” he says.

The ad is very similar to the ad he launched last week in the Granite State, “Tested,” which was his first television ad of the cycle.

Yet another puff piece for the Repubs. Come on Carl. Take a look at your posts. You never show the Dems giving their campaign message, as you do the Repubs. It is always some negative issue. Let’s get fair and balanced. Oh wait, that’s what you already are. Forgive me for not noticing.

Who cares! I understand Fox News is working to get him elected, but Giuliani is no conservative. He filed lawsuits defending sanctuary status for illegals, he’s anti-gun, he’s for federally funded abortions, he recommended his cab-driver thug for head of the dept of Homeland Security, he has no problem with men marrying men. Last but not least, he takes his orders from AIPAC when it comes to our policy in the Middle East and hence we get 9/11 in return (according to our CIA/FBI).

It’s time the U.S. government stopped meddling in world affairs, secure our borders, deport illegals and govern within the legal framework of the constitution and the bill of rights. Glen Beck and Sean Hannity imply that those who support Ron Paul are terrorists or as Norman Podhoretz calls them, domestic Insurgents”. Those who don’t support the rule of law or promote U.S. involvement in other peoples’ conflicts are themselves terrorist and they should be immediately deported from this country as traitors.

p.s. Aren’t you the guy who story on the Israeli spies was pulled from the Fox News website. Can you say “Controlled Media”?

I was born and raised a right of right Republican Conservtive. I am prolife and against gun control. However, I will vote for a candidate that can govern. I will vote for Giuliani because of his abilities as governor of New York and his ability to act and not react in the face of a crisis.

President Bush was critized for finishing the first grade reading book instead of jumping up and screaming which would have done nothing but scare the children and the public. A Senator, John Kerry, admitted that he sat for over 40 minutes just stupified and could not do anything.

I have no idea what gives a Senator or House Representative the thought that they could be president. We already have too many designated “National Hot Dog Days.” They are paralized in the face of anything, must debate for months, independant investigators appointed, and then ask permission from the UN or someone else. They blame America first – it is the Congress’ fault for failure to pass anything of substance. They can only criticize and blame when they have no plan.

LUCILLE: It’s All About Judgment

Who should be our next President? What do you say we pick someone who at least has some values other than blind loyalty or “gut feelings” that they consider when they decide whom to trust. Remember when George Bush looked into Putin’s eyes and got a “sense of his soul”? Did Putin’s “soul” give Bush any indication that he’d be crushing every vestige of democracy in Russia that he could?

And, who can forget when Bush called Musharraf “a man of courage and vision” and “a courageous leader and friend of the United States”? Better (worse?) yet, Ari Fleisher once said that “Bush liked the fact that he [Mushaffaf] does what he wants to do.” Yes, he sure does. We’re certainly learning that now. Even a personal call from President Bush won’t budge him on his quest to break the back of any opposition.

Perhaps that’s also why Bush liked Rumsfeld, Gonzales and Harriet Miers, his other wonderful choices. And, now we have Rudy Giuliani trying to become our next President. Gold help us.

Like Bush, Rudy Giuliani likes to personalize his relationships, placing the highest premium on friendship and loyalty. Does anyone other than Rudy still think Bernard Kerik was a wonderful choice for head of Homeland Security? What does that say about Rudy’s ability to choose the right people to trust?

Think about it: here’s the guy who took an apartment meant for for 9/11 rescue workers and used it instead as a love nest for his adulterous affair. Not only does this guy have bad judgment, he also apparently has no ethics or morals. Kerik rose from chauffeur to Police Chief in record time, had Rudy strongly suggest him as head of Homeland Security (where he apparently lied to the FBI), wrote a book where he talked about his ideas on training police in the Muslim world (which he was tasked with doing in Iraq – and failed), plead guilty to a couple of misdemeanors, and was indicted on 16 other counts. Oh, and in the meantime became Rudy’s partner in a security firm that made tons of money after 9/11.

Sounds like a version of Bush redux with Rudy at the helm. So, that’s what you want?
