I gained alot of respect for Mr. Obama for admitting his past and I will definately look at his candidacy with a much more open mind now. And cudo's to Rudy for standing up for one of his rivals. He as well as gained respect for showing and admitting that we are all human and we all make mistakes daily. It would be devasting to his campaign if the information was to be presented by the opposing party - Mitt Romney - especially if he received the party nomination. I think that the message being sent is that it took a lot of soul searching and hard work to get focused and on the right track, not that you can do what I did and come out on top. A large portion of the population that get an early start on drugs and alcohol never kick the habit. Kudos to Mr. Obama.
