Hillary has called Obama a young black man… so what’s the big deal… She is a white lady…

Chris is funny… he is smart and he is telling the truth… If this kinda of talk makes you not like Obama then wow… you have other issues… Obama is not your guy

But it is irritating that so many people are going to vote on a candidate, based solely on the fact that Obama is black and Hilary is female. It’s sad really. I mean you should vote on the person based on the experience, the issues and what they can do for the country. Race, gender, and such shouldn’t matter.

4) Americans need to study their own government more because it’s a damn shame when a Holocaust survivor says this “I’m going back because I’ve seen this before.” He then commenced to explain that when he was a kid, he watched with his family in fear as Hitler’s government committed atrocity after atrocity, and no one was willing to say anything. However, I also think it’s a bit silly to get too upset over Chris Rock’s opening comments. He is, after all, Chris Rock, and racial (not racIST, but racIAL) jokes are a staple in his routines. And I don’t find the term “white lady” to be particularly offensive. People have called each other a lot more scathing things on TV before. Hillary is, in fact, white, and “lady” is, for the most part, a pretty respectful term for women.

I agree that it’s wrong to make the presidential elections an issue of race, but it’s unrealistic to expct anything else but that Chris Rock will say things in line with his trademark humor.
