I have seen a few of Carl’s reports on the road and every time he has either not had a seatbelt on or he quickly fakes it as the camera goes live. I want to know if any of the states in which he is providing evidence of breaking the law have ticketed him? I believe Fox News probably has a policy against breaking the law on camera. I have lost all respect for Carl and if I I warn that when the “decision ‘08″ mobile comes to Illinois Carl had best be wearing his seatbelt. I would not hesitate to call the police if I saw Carl on air without his seatbelt in my state.
