I am very impressed with Giuliani, primarily for the remarkable job he did in transforming NYC to respectability. He also displayed excellent leadership after 9/11. I am skeptical of Romney, since he took a pro choice stance to win the governorship of Massachusets, and now takes a pro life stance to win the Republican nomination. I also have faith in Giuliani with respect to national security, which I consider to be paramount. I believe Giuliani to be very intelligent, fraught with good ideas, and someone who will be a great pesident.

We were looking forward to watching a rerun of the SC Rep Debate tonight and noticed FoxNews decided not to play the 2nd half of the debate again.

Why are you showing the first half of the debate twice? You all did this on Thurs night too.

This will give everyone a chance to see Sen Thompson’s scripted ambush on Gov Huckabee. I thought the Gov answered the Sen’s unprovoked attacks with class and substance. Obviously Sen Thompson and Gov Romney realized Gov Huckabee is a serious threat to their slim chances of getting the Republican nomination.

Sen Thompson should try telling us what he did during his 8 years in the senate. Did he lead? Did he care for people on a daily basis? Did he make life or death decisions including sending 16 people to the execution chamber as did Gov Huckabee?

Focus on what you’ll do for the country Sen instead of telling half-truths about someone who served with honor for over 10 years as a Gov reelected twice by the voters.

Folks, don’t let the media tell you how to think. Investigate the candidates yourself. FoxNews, Rush, Sean H, Laura Ingraham, … are all interested in job security, not the truth.

Why does Fox News refer to Huckabee as a Christian leader, or ordained Baptist minister when he had been a Governor for more than 10yrs… and at the same time you NEVER refer to Romney as a Mormon Missionary. Romney gets the title “Governor,” even though he has been at that job shorter than Huckabee. Is this a new anti-Christian intolerance at FOX NEWS?

once again the talking heads assume rudys campaign, because his very rich top advisers have offered to work without pay for a little while, have decided to create negative buzz by assuming that he is strapped !! it could be that he is being frugal with finances !! the buzz has started in fla for rudy for those who dont pay attention to the pundits that want to cotrol the election due to ulterior motives…mccain was left for dead and just because he won NH, pundits want to say the momentum will carry him through>>>well, if people in other states change their minds because of the way another state votes (especially one as miniscule as NH) then those people are quite feebleminded and weak.. i cant believe people are actually voting for pres and changing their minds based on what the state before them did. wow !!!mccain has no money, he is years old and has signed bills with feingold and KENNEDY !!AND prefers amnesty for illegal immigrants !!! hmmm, kinda sounds like a democrat….o well, i hope people vote with their minds and not with the talking heads and the prior states electorate..sounds like a bunch of sheep to me!!

Folks, listen to what you are saying in your replies. First, I agree that Carl Cameron doesn’t spend much time on the woes of other candidates. Rudy is a fiscal conservative and the only one that can bring wateful government spending under control and reduce taxes. Second, I have been involved in a number of races over the years and it is NOT uncommon for staffers to volunteer during times of cash flow problems. Every single staff member are fully dedicated to getting Rudy the nomination. He has poised himself for Florida and Super Tuesday. They all understand that there are times of sacrifice and NOT one of them will be dismissed for not accepting the voluntary cost saving measures.

Anyone working for a campaign has to know that it may eventually come to this, I don’t think he’s way off asking for some volunteer work for the moment. I almost wonder if this story has been spun and the real truth isn’t so shocking.

This makes me a little reluctant about Guiliani’s abilities to balance the budget if his campaign is making cuts, but you know what, he is still the best candidate out there. If any of the crap is true and he has to drop out (which I’m almost positive WON’T happen), then Mitt Romney will be our only hope! A Guiliani/Romney ticket would be ideal but let’s not let these McCain and Huckabee fans take us away from the real thing, people who can make changes.

And if we are looking for a candidate that is an advocate for change and wants to stir things up in Washington, what do you think Guiliani is doing with his campaign? He is trying something new, working out of the box, he is PROVING that he can make change happen! That’s what I like, so I am all for Guiliani and that momentum will pick up and skyrocket him to the top after Florida.

The questions Carl Cameron asked of Ron Paul during the debate were anything but “fair and balanced”. I am ashamed to be associated with you as an American.

Post 9/11 I was a staunch Fox news viewer. I watched Hannity, O’Reilly and listened to Michael Savage on a daily basis. I voted for Bush in both elections.

Over time I started independently researching various aspects of our government, 9/11 and the federal reserve. I care very much for my country and feel completely duped by the mainstream media.

All I ask is that people execute some INDEPENDENT THOUGHT prior to casting your vote for the next president of the United States.
