Its all about money, regretiably. The ones with more money will outlast the ones with the least financial warchests.

I’m a Romney supporter but hang in there Guiliani. We need to unite against the media push to put two liiberal canidates (McCain and Huckabee) up as the republican nominee. McCain has made back door deals with Democrats, worked with Dems on campaign finance reform that hurt traditional republican fundraising efforts while barley hurting Dems at all. He is also one of only a few Republican snenators to sign a letter to President Bush asking for him to fund stem cell research he secretly is pro-choice while voting pro-life. Once he is president he can appoint the liberal Judges he and the Dems want to keep Roe vs Wade. He has also made comments that in the short term he does not support overturning Roe Vs Wade. Well in the long term he wont be around the man is ancient. Proof of these positions in in the link above. He also supported and still supports special treatment for illegal immigrants. Allowing non-criminal immigrants to stay is special treatment no two ways about it. McCain is a war hero but he is also the problem in Washington that needs to be fixed.

Huckabee has had 5 ethics violations convictions that Fox and the liberal networks refuse to report. He has a poor record on crime and has pardoned criminals. He raises taxes and his so called fair tax is anything but fair. Democratic leaders are openly wishing he wins the elections because they will win running away on election day. When Huckabees liberal positions have been called into question his first by Romeny then by Fox then by Sen Thompson response every time is “the Air force has a saying if you aren’t taking flak you aren’t over the target” he cannot dispute the facts so he uses his charm to shift attention.

I beleive Romney is the most qualified to be president and has zero questionable ethics or moral weakness that can be exploited by the Dems. He can also beat them at their game he is they ONLY cnaidate dem or republican that has implemented universal health care without breaking the budget or raising taxes. He did this by cutting pork spending and closing coorporate tax loopholes. I think Thompson would be a good choice for VP becasue he shares Mitts and the republican partys values.

Guiliani would be my third choice because he can win the sates of NY and NJ on election day which would kill any Democrats hope of winning the election.
