Duncan Hunter is a strong, smart man who will hopefully show up as someone’s running mate. It is a shame that he did not have the money or media attention to make it to the top tier or to continue his campaign. I’d love to see a Romney/Hunter ticket. What a combination! I hope he will endorse Romney at this point and perhaps we will be celebrating both of them in January 2009 as they take their oaths as President and Vice President. If the media had paid more attention to what Hunter had to say than pandering to the “known” name of McCain, we wouldn’t be worried at this point about McCain winning the nomination. That will be just too disappointing and such a tragedy for the Republican party..when we could have had someone like Hunter. I’m so glad there’s still hope for Romney.
