I aggree whole heartedly that Condolezza Rice would be an excellent choice to run as John Mc Cain’s VP. But you know the Republicans have many superb candidates who would compliment John’s tenacity and dedication to lead our country in the right direction.

The govenor of Alaska is another good choice from the huge selection in the Republican United Party.We are blessed to have such great Americans, men and women in our party.

I think it is vital that McCain pick a competent woman as his VP. Condoleeza Rice would be perfect, if she is willing to serve. The Republicans need to blunt the media-generated “historical hysteria” over the fact that the Democrats are running a female or an African-American.

Too many voters, unfortunately, think no further than such symbolism, and two white males on the Republican ticket will be portrayed by the media as “Washington politics as usual,” or the “good old boy network.” If race & gender can be removed from the equation, than substantive differences on the issues, of which there are many, can surface.

What do you think of this analysis? I would be delighted with a response!
