With that logic, we will never have a female president or VP. No woman will ever be elected unless they are pro choice. No one can win without the female vote. Females represent the largest majority in America. The GOP needs to be more open minded about abortion otherwise they will never have a female nominee. Its entirely a female issue that men shouldnt even try to judge. What if we insisted or implimented laws that contraception like condoms was unconstitutional because it prevents the miracle of life? Would men accept that? Being pro abortion is one thing, but pro choice is entirely something different. No one should ever be pro abortion, it should only be a last resort in cases of violent crimes and other drastic situations, but it cant be completly unconstitutional. The best way to almost eradicate the need for abortions is just to have the death penalty for rapists that impregnate victims and mandatory life sentences for all other sex offenders. Repeat offenders and the lack of stiff mandatory penalties and gutless judges are a major cause of abortions. We can all thank the ACLU for that.
Think about this, Bush is pro life but during his 8 years in office millions of abortions have taken place, statistically more abortions than during the pro choice Clinton administration. The pro life leaning supreme court hasnt done anything to prevent the increase in abortions nor have any past pro life admistrations. A pro choice president like Rice would not be to blame for the continuing increase in abortions. Rapists, weak judges, terrible parenting and the ACLU are the biggest culprits!
Condi Rice would represent women and lead America fantastically. Girl power!!!

At one point I thought Condi Rice would make an excellent choice for either President or Vice President, but after finding out her views on being "Pro-Choice", I realize she'd be another Giuliani.
A non-starter as a Republican.

Condi would be McCains best bet for Vice President.Number One if Obama wins the nomination then Condi will pull the Black vote by a huge number, Number 2 if Clinton wins then Condi would pull the Black and Female Vote. This is the only way for McCain and the Republican Party to go. This would put a woman as the FIRST VICE PRESIDENT and the FIRST BLACK to hold such a high office. Killing two birds with one stone. McCain-Rice Ticket all thee way to Washington.
I will vote for that.

yeah, Mike Steele is a great man, but I agree that choosing him as VP would definitely make McCain look like an opportunist. I also think Condi would be a fantastic choice for VP, but I doubt there's an African American Republican out there that would be willing to be put through the racial ringer by the far left hateful people. Obama uses his color to benefit him politically, he's the man that says he transcends racial bigotry but has 85% of the black vote with over half of those black supporters admitting in some polls that they vote Obama strictly becuase he's black. But as horrible as that is, it will give him the Democratic nomination and maybe the presidency. Condi and Mike Steele don't have it in them to be such racial dividers. They both are great Americans. Great people.

I agree Donna about Michael Steele, but it would be viewed strictly for political expediency, and thus would be a disservice to a fine man.

For years I felt that Ms.Rice would be a perfect choice for V.P. She exhibits moral character, sound judgement, intelligence and loyalty. But those hopes were dashed when several years ago (I believe it was prior to the last election) she was asked if she would consider furthering her political career upon completion of the current administration. If I recall correctly, she commented that she was looking forward to returning to her previous career at university.

That being said, I am an avid Fox News watcher. I would love to know how former Lt.Gov.Michael Steele would feel about entertaining the idea of being V.P.? Love him !

Terrorist attacks and murders of Americans during the Clinton administration:

1993 World Trade Center Bombing...over 1000 Americans injured and 6 Americans murdered

1995 bombing of an American miitary facility in Saudi Arabia... 5 Americans murdered

1996 Bin Laden declares war on the United States, a war that America would not begin to fight and defend itself from until almost 7 years later under the Bush administration

1996 Khalid Sheikh Mohammed first presented Phase 1 of the plan to Bin Laden for the September 11th attacks and murder of thousands of Americans

1996 bombing of Khobar towers in Saudi Arabia....over 200 Americans injured and 19 Americans murdered

1997 Al-Qaeda initiates Phases 2 and 3 of the plan for the September 11th attacks and murder of thousands of Americans

1998 bombings of 3 seperate American embassies in Africa...over 5000 injured and 224 murdered

1998 Bin Laden selects Al Qaeda terrorists to train for hijacking passenger aircraft and flying them into US targets for the September 11th attacks and murder of thousands of Americans

1999 Al Qaeda hijackers first begin to arrive in US to form a terrorist cell in the US and carry out final phases of September 11th attacks and murder of thousands of Americans

1999 Bin Laden authorizes specific US targets for the September 11th attacks and murder of thousands of Americans

2000 Al Qaeda hijackers complete lessons to fly passenger aircraft at flight schools in America and further train to hijack aircrat at secret locations in America for September 11th attacks and murder of thousands of Americans

2000 bombing of USS Cole... 17 Americans murdered and 3 others mamed for life

2000 Al Qaeda enters final phase of 9-11 plot to murder thousands of Americans

2000 Bin Laden envisions 9-11 attacks as a tool for recruiting tens of thousands of terrorists worldwide

2001 Clinton is removed from office leaving Bush all intelligence and counterterrorism agencies in dissaray, dangerously understaffed and under-funded and years behind Al qaeda and their 9-11 plot

2001 less than 275 days after Clinton sneaks out of Washington, without having done anything throughout his administration to prevent all the attacks and murders of Americans or to kill or capture the murderous terrorists , and without doing anything to foil the 9-11 plot to murder thousands of Americans that began during Clintons first term and continued throughout his entire second term, the World Trade Center and the Pentagon is attacked on 9-11, just as Bin Laden had planned throughout Clintons administration, by Al Qaeda hijackers murdering thousands of Americans and injuring thousands more.

bonus:

2001-present Bush administration and US military, including over 4000 brave soldiers that lost their lives in the war on murderous terrorists, responsible for the death or capture of hundreds of thousands of murderous islamic faciasts in Iraq and Afghanistan and around the world including Al Qaeda, the Taliban, and Sadaam loyalists including Sadaam Hussein himself and his 2 murderous sons. Also hundreds of terrorist plots foiled, including every single plot on American soil. Democrats refuse to aknowledge any of this. Democrats continue to threaten or completely stop every anti-terrorism bill and policy and free murderous terrorists in Guantanamo.

2007 Nancy Pelosi goes to Syria for friendly visit to negotiate with (not kill or capture) murderous terrorist leaders.

2008 Jimmy Carter goes to Syria for friendly visit to negotiate with (not kill or capture) murderous terrorist leaders. Also, Barack Hussein Obama declares at a campaign rally "We need to put 9-11 behind us" further stating that the Bush administration is using 9-11 to scare Americans, rather than stating that it is indeed, Al qaeda itself and there attacks, most notably 9-11, that were carried out specifically to scare Americans, and that indeed, the Bush administration and true Americans will never 'put 9-11 behind us' and will fight murderous terrorists wherever they are until the last one is dead or captured!

Put your flag pin back on Obama and defend America, quit fighting it.
And Bill, America thanks you.
